I can't put into words how perfect it was staying at Tracie and Werner's VRBO in Leavenworth. It's the perfect distance away from town to be a quick drive, but to still have some privacy and seclusion. The property is incredible - a beautifully kept cabin overlooking the river with plenty of space both inside and out. "Relaxing" doesn't even cover how peaceful it was (even with our two young children along!). Probably one of the best vacations I've ever gone on, and that's in large part due to Tracie and Werner. They were incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and helpful. They gave us our privacy but were very quick with responses to messages when something came up that we had a question about.
We had such a great time and built so many great memories. I will 110% recommend this property to friends and family, and can't wait to go back again!

The house is beautiful and on a great location, 5-minute drive to downtown Leavenworth but you still get all the privacy. Tracie and Werner were great hosts and replied to my questions instantly. We definitely have plans for another stay in the near future!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Furrer's home this fall. There was plenty of room for our whole family and it was so close to town, yet just far enough away from the busy touristy areas to make it feel really peaceful. The home sits along the Wenatchee river which you can enjoy from the backyard and nice views of it from inside the home. It felt like such a peaceful and relaxing oasis. I would highly recommend and would want to return again! Thank you so much.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, comfortable home in such an amazing setting. We loved sitting out on deck, enjoying the fall colors, and listening to the river. Host was awesome!

Everything about this home and property is beautiful and welcoming. My 3 sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness, quiet, ping pong table, spacious home that gave us plenty of room to gather and have some solitude. Far enough away from downtown to feel remote yet less than a 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants. Tracie was always there with a quick response if we needed anything and we will most definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and property, Tracie! We loved the hours sitting on the rocks just outside the house and watching the mesmerizing river flow and flow.

Leavenworth was amazing. We had perfect weather, the town is so pretty and fun, Oktoberfest was a blast and all the food we had was incredible. But the cabin was definitely the pinnacle. Gorgeous cabin inside and out. The river was beautiful and pristine, and the wood fire stove inside made the whole trip so cozy. The owners were amazing and helped us get checked in and even brought us delicious smoked and fresh salmon that they caught themselves. 5/5 would absolutely book this cabin again

This home is so clean, the furnishings and decor are amazing. The riverfront property is spacious, and the river was lovely to sit by and relax. This home is easy to find, private, but not far from town. The many stairs were challenging, but gave us lots of exercise.

Very comfortable home. Loved being right on the water with an area to get in and cool off in the river right there! Beautiful view from the floor to ceiling windows. We were able to walk with our tubes to where floaters get into the river - great location!

Despite the fact that we could barely afford this property, we have no regrets. It is tucked onto a private road on the river, which has a tiny beach for the children. It was quiet, had a beautiful view, and the owners live next door and were exceptionally responsive to a request we made. I highly recommend this property!.

We really enjoyed our 3 days in Leavenworth. The property is very well maintained and the owners have provided a lot useful information about the property and things in the area. The cabin is just a short drive from Leavenworth, but far enough away that you can enjoy the river and surrounding wilderness.
Each bedroom is on a separate floor and each has its own bath which gave everyone a lot of privacy.
We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Great location close to the town of Leavenworth. The river is beautiful. Hard to take your eyes off of it. Everything worked out well with the property. The only down side to the stay was the inability to use the firepit. We enjoyed the home and would stay again.

First time in Leavenworth. The property was beautiful and the cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out by the river and using the fire pit. We loved the big family style table where we played cards and had meals. My teenager loved the ping-pong table. Would love to visit again!

This was a beautiful cabin inside and out. The owners have made sure their home is fully stocked with everything a vacationing family may need! There was nothing lacking in the gorgeous home! (All it needed was a hot tub...but then we would never leave!) 5 stars all around!

Our family of five really enjoyed our time at this home. The setting and cabin itself were wonderful. Loved the cozy wood stove that was well stocked with kindling and firewood. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond.

The cabin was absolutely lovely. Everything was spotless and cozy, exactly as pictured. Perfect spot for the snowy weather. Also, I spoke with Tracie a few times over email and she was very kind and quick to respond. We will definitely be back with friends next time since there is so much space!

Very clean great location right on the river and house was large for us all to have our own space. My teens had a lot of fun great wifi for their games. Host very nice and responsive and let us sled on their property where they made a really cool sledding trek.

The cabin is well built and right on the river. It was very clean and the owners were easy to communicate with. There are a lot of decorations that would be difficult for children to not touch. We just had adults in our group so no worries.

Tracie was a lovely host and the house was perfect for our family which included a 2.5 year old. The kitchen was very well appointed and we appreciated the attention to details from the complimentary coffee beans w/grinder, hot cocoa and cider to the holiday decorations and stunning 20’+ Christmas tree. We had 2’ of snow during our stay but the private road was easy to navigate and on-site snow shovel helped clear the steps! We’d love to visit Leavenworth again next year and would highly recommend this home.

What Tracie and Werner offer is precisely what we need in a mountain town. Close enough to the town, yet quick and secluded. The property description is 100% accurate - right down to the ping-pong table.

As we entered this home you could feel the cozy and welcoming ambience of a beautifully maintained mountain cabin along the Wenatchee River. The warm and gracious owners have truly succeeded in providing their guests with the feeling of a home-away-from home. An amazing two-story high beautifully decorated Christmas tree also greeted us!

The cabin and the riverside scenery was an epic backdrop to our family Thanksgiving holiday. We spent the morning outside in the backyard with snow, the river rapids flowing, with a fireside coffee and cocoa at the firepit.
Owners were very welcoming, accommodating and responsive to all questions. Home was spacious for four, very clean, well equipped kitchen, and everything was in proper working condition.
Would recommend to anyone for a peaceful getaway in Leavenworth that is still a 5 minute drive into town.
