The PRIVATE SUITE I is located on the first floor and offers 1 bed room. You will find a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower and WC.
WIFI is FREE OF CHARGE and also parking lots in front of the house will be provided FREE OF CHARGE.
Please note: Beginning in may 2025 we have a higher taxes and transport fee, € 4,15/person and day, except children unter 16 years. You you will get then a ticket for all bus in the region of Salzburg. From may to april 2025 the taxes are € 1,85/person and day, but without a bus ticket. Thank you very much for your understanding!

The property was extremely clean in a location that was convenient to get to. We had included public transportation access which made sightseeing very manageable. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of towels and extra amenities. Would definitely recommend this location and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Large one bed with all the necessary amenities.Access to bike rental was an added bonus. Beds were comfortable, and apt was clean.Eva, the property manager was excellent.Good 10 min walk to the town but pleasant walk.Highly recommend

Elisabeth’s apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Nice big living room and kitchen and a very comfy bed. Elisabeth kindly left us treats and a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. It’s an easy walk to the old town section of Salzburg. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this rental.
