All the staff we saw during our stay were friendly and knowledgeable of local areas. The accommodation was clean and well equipped with a lovely welcome gift for the flower festival season. The attention to detail was fabulous, I’d forgotten to turn the dishwasher on in the morning, when I returned later in the day the team had done this when the housekeeping team had come through.

Very central and close to Queens Park, lots of restaurants and shops are a short walk away including Grand Central shopping centre. Lovely property, friendly staff
Parking - we booked last minute so were unable to get an onsite park, went on a waiting list but ended up parking on the street. Street parking is 2 hour (paid) between 9am and 5pm so had to be vigilant and moved the car a few times

The room was lovely and spacious as well as clean. 1 major problem I was unable to sleep well due to the noise of the night club fitzy’s until they shut which really brought the whole stay down. Could you possibly sound proof the windows. Also the front seat staff just were not warm at all when I arrived and also when we checked out same staff just said thanks when we handed our keys in. Not a friendly how was your stay or thanks for staying with us nothing.
Sound proof windows and warmer friendly staff
