helpful and friendly landlord

As per the pictures 👍 A nice change from hotels. We travelled w extended family, so here it’s nice cos we have our own space yet have a place to gather. gave us a chance to set up our own breakfast the way we like it too!

walking to n fro nagoya station with kids n luggage is quite a big task. taking subway w the stairs too is tough. happy Mikiko helped us to book a big taxi to nagoya meitetsu where we could take the train to airport.

Mikiko was wonderful, what an amazing host. she went absolutely out of her way to make our stay special, even helping us with hard to get tickets. The property is immaculate, just like the photos

Absolutely nothing, great stay

We came to Nagoya to visit legoland and spent 2 nights at lego resort. But besides legoland we really wanted to explore the city (science museum and the castle) and I booked samurai house last minute. Owner responded so fast and answered all my questions. It was my daughters birthday and at the arrival she was surprised with the basket full of treats. The house itself is modern, super clean and had everything we needed. We traveled with 5 and 2 year olds and they enjoyed all the toys in the house. Heated floors, washer AND dryer (which is always hard to find in Japanese homes) were so helpful. And most importantly, all the beds in the house were so comfortable with super soft pillows and bedding. All the appliances are high end. Owner put a very helpful guest book with all the recommendations. We came by car and free parking was very useful. Plus my 5 year old was so happy to get a picture with a samurai sword:) If we will ever be in the area again- we definitely will stay again in this house.

I travelled with a big family of 7 people. The house is clean and nice. Utilities are nice and conscience. We all enjoyed our time staying at Samurai House.

Amazing house and many wonderful equipments! The Washing machine and dryer save our luggage. It’s the best hostel we had ever!
