The lady managing the property was incredibly pleasant and displayed a remarkable level of hospitality. Her excellent check-in process, meticulous cleaning, and effortless and effective communication made the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the kitchen equipment and space provided were exceptional, allowing for a great cooking experience.
The apartments had a persistent issue of being hot and humid, resulting in damp bedding. Although there were two machines available to control humidity, they were excessively loud when turned on. On the other hand, when turned off, the humidity levels became quite uncomfortable. Moreover, the overall noise level in the building was quite high, with the sound of a child crying nearly every day around 7 or 8 am. Additionally, accessing the apartments by foot proved to be a bit challenging, especially for guests with luggage, as it is situated at the bottom of Valetta. The presence of stairs added to the difficulty of reaching the property. To enhance the comfort of the apartments, addressing the issue of excessive heat and humidity is essential. It would be beneficial to either replace or improve the functionality of the humidity control machines, ensuring they operate at a more reasonable noise level. Furthermore, efforts should be made to manage the noise within the building, particularly regarding disruptive disturbances like a child crying early in the morning. In terms of accessibility, considering the convenience of guests, it would be helpful to explore options such as offering assistance with luggage transport to overcome the challenges posed by stairs.

For a several days it's very nice, if you organize excursions. The host lady is very nice.
The sea is just a few steps from the apartment. The lady was very kind.
The two apartments are separated by a staircase. At the groundfloor, there are no windows in the basement, and at the minus one level there is a room with windows opening onto the lichthof. The walls are very wet, the two loud dryng machines have to go constantly.

Easily accessible
I loved how accessible it was to everything and how close it was to the ferry that goes back and forth from Sicily. There was a great small restaurant nearby called St Paul AFT which has amazing Sicilian food.
Nothing I didn't like. Staff was accommodating to me coming late. Very comfortable apartments. Walking distance from the center and the sea.

Dissapointed that threre were no objective true information about exactly those 2 apartments.
Location is very good. Clean.
There are no normal windows in these apartments where we stayed:(. You can not see sky. Very bad sound isolation.

Host was nice and we really enjoyed complimentary cereal and milk in the morning, also there was coffee machine and bottles of water available. Apartments were newly renovated and clean, but humid and mouldy which gave not so good feeling. Kitchen was very well equipped with all necessary things.
We were 5 adults staying here for 3 nights around New Year’s Eve. Kinda blaming ourselves for not reading reviews carefully which made our stay not as comfortable as we wished for. First of all this listing didn’t fit for 5 adults as there was only one double bed. The other was sofa which is ok, but the bed on first floor apartment was suitable for kids or really short people. The actual issue for us was the fact that the second apartment was located in basement, maybe you don’t call this as basement in Malta, but I couldn’t imagine I really need to stay in a basement where I can’t even tell is it a day or night outside. Owner said there is a small yard, but I wouldn’t call it a yard also, because it was a shaft. There was a small window and a door to this shaft, but if you keep it open you gonna hear every neighbour and water flushing as there are sewerage pipes, so imagine how comfortable it was. As this apartment is located in the basement, sure it also comes with mould issues, there was this smell and wet feeling, and also stains on the floor and walls. To solve this problem there was two dehumidifiers which had to be on all day and night so it was very noisy at night. We cleaned them every 24 hours, so you can imagine how humid it was there. Towel racks in bathroom were missing so we had to take our towels to the bed or hang them in not suitable places. Please also keep in mind that apartment is located in different location as shown on booking.com map. It’s completely different street and we had to walk around 500m to get to the apartment. I booked taxi straight from booking.com and the wrong address was also provided to them. This should be updated otherwise it gives wrong information about location and I get the exact address only after calling the host. We didn’t also get any check in information before.

Excellent location, close to small supermarket, seafront and restaurants. Families also seem to live in same building which was nice. Host met us, and all provisions were provided including loads of towels, shampoo, (great not having to bring those on the plane). Also bread, jam, cornflakes and water. Nothing overlooked. Host also booked a super taxi from and to the airport.
Nothing really. There are no real windows but that only confirms its suitability for short term rental rather than long term living.
