The location is just 10 minutes walking by the centre and the view for the mountains is amazing!
The staff was rude in the restaurant and the facility is a bit old fashioned with old furnitures but overally it has got a super price/quality value

The whole hotel is relatively close to the train station nice Mountain View but the room was very small and there's no elevator
There's no elevator the room although clean was kind of dated and there was not enough plugs to charge things only one in the entire room

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the spa area was clean too.
View of the mountains from room window was lovely
Quiet location
WiFi worked in the room
Check in time of 4pm was too late and later than standard hotel check in of 2pm
No lift in the property and check in staff did not offer any help with carrying the luggage to my room on 3rs floor
Bathroom shower head was broken and shower pressure was poor
The bedding along with pillows was worn out
No socket near the bed

"Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist schon älter und das merkt man auch an verschiedenen Stellen, aber dafür sehr gepflegt und sehr nettes Personal."
