Very comfortable bed and room beautifully decorated, complementary coffee and filtered water with flavoured syrups in reception. Fantastic location close to shops, Nice old town and easy walk to the promenade, also close to the train station (Nice Ville).
Only that I wasn't staying longer!!

The welcoming staff. The breakfast was excellent, and water, coffee and tea were available downstairs at all times. The air conditioning was effective . The towels were nice and thick.
There was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom. I think this is a common problem in Nice.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but I have a bad back so mattresses are often a problem.

Full Service breakfast room with very helpful and attentive staff at a great price per person per day. Location of hotel was perfection. An easy walk to train and so many restaurants, as well as the beach and old town nice. We genuinely enjoyed our stay. There is a cafe/espresso machine in the lobby, as well as filtered sparking and still water taps to refill resuable bottles. We took advantage of this station several times daily!
The lift and reception area (where lift enters/exits) is very tight making it overcrowded with more than one group. But this did not take away from the experience we had as a whole.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Had air conditioning.
Old fashioned. Only tea/coffee making facilities at reception. No bar or outside space. Breakfast not great variety and hot food was stone cold. When I complained, the member of staff looked at the thermostat for heating the hot food and adjusted the control. I think it had been turned off!! That was it. Only cold food available, no apology.
