Close to the city centre.
Great gym. Everyone was friendly.
The shower was freezing on both mornings which wasn’t good.

Comfortable room, good breakfast and ideally located right at the edge of the centre of Chester but also within walking distance of the railway station.
Only one lift - with a mind of its own as to where it would stop.
A minor point - a small shelf in the bathroom would have been useful to store toiletries and a towel rack to hang the towels on.

Good location. City centre was easily accessible. Rooms were comfortable if a bit worn and tired.
Had a nice meal on the first night.
Rooms were very hot due to windows being closed. Hotel is on the edge of the canal which creates a smell.
Was most disappointed in the breakfast. Lacked variety and had very little options for children. It was very busy so meant the hot food was constantly running out. Overall would have expected a better quality breakfast.
