I am satisfied with my three-week stay overall, except for the poor internet connectivity and the repetitive breakfast menu

Due to poor internet connectivity, I was unable to work from the hotel.

Staff were so friendly. Hotel was close to main town

Very happy with our stay here, the location was great, the room was comfortable and clean, we took advantage of the buffet breakfast which was excellent with a great variety to choose from. The pool was clean and enjoyed by our daughter. We also used the undercover parking facility which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant was not open for dinner over the 2 nights we were there, however we easily made plans to eat elsewhere within Parramatta.

the room had a fold out sofa which was so uncomfortable. our room was in front of a lift that was squeaky all night expensive room, would not stay again

Location is fantastic. I have stayed here multiple times and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating, nothing is ever a hassle and checkin & checkout is always easy and efficient!

Great location, clean & well maintained hotel. Quiet & felt safe. Located 5 minute walk to the train station & also to the big Westfield Shopping Centre. Short train to Accor Stadium. We were in Sydney for the Taylor Swift concert at the Accor Stadium & this hotel was the perfect location. The lobby was decorated in Taylor Swift style & they were playing her music which was a great touch! So nice to arrive to this!

The hair-dryer! Definitely needs to be a more powerful hair-dryer. I only have shoulder-length hair & the hair-dryer provided was totally useless. Also, it needs better pillows. They were either too hard or too soft.
