Great location in Parramatta, close to tram and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was great, and staff were friendly and helpful at front office and in restaurant.
The rooms could do with a renovation, like the bathroom grouting and silicone was chipped and pulling

Breakfast was great and good value.
Good curtains to block light, comfortable bed.
Minimal toilet paper in the room, no face washer. The parking setup wasn't great. The charge was $40 a night and the only way to pay was via a QR code, for which the conditions stated card would be used (stored) for any future transactions. Also waited at boom gate for some time before released. Had started to dial for assistance.

The breakfast was great. The king size bed was comfortable
Very cramped room. Bathroom also very small. If you are more that 160cm tall you would struggle to stand in the shower. Lots of mould around shower/bath. Walks very thin as we could hear the occupants next door talking. Over priced for location and room comfort.
