Close to the ring road,. Comfortable rooms, well appointed bathroom

The bar and "restaurant" leave a little to be desired

It was convenient clean and good value. The staff were excellent. The food was very good.

The only thing I could complain about was our room was overlooking the loading bay and we were woken up at 5/6am with reversing signals on delivery vehicles

My TV didn’t work. The lovely guy at the desk tried really hard to find a remote that would work with the TV and was very apologetic. The lady this morning was helpful getting a taxi this morning and very friendly.

The gym and sauna were supposed to open at 7:45 am. I was there at 7:50, waited a few minutes then had to leave to get to a meeting in time. The TV didn’t work because the remote didn’t work- they weren’t able to provide a working remote as there wasn’t a package of new batteries nor another working remote, the front desk staff tried many. The breakfast ads showed a lovely bowl of porridge, which was not one of the actual menu items. The bathroom door was warped and the paint was peeling. The bathtub itself was old and stained and contained a very unhygienic shower curtain.
