Location was amazing and staff were very friendly. price was super reasonable.
the pillowcases are quite rough which is a bit uncomfortable. We were on the 7th floor and it was a very hot day. The room didn’t have air conditioning which normally would be fine but on a rare hot day in Ireland it just made the room and also the hallways a bit stuffy.

The absolute comfort! It's so nice to go to a hotel and feel totally comfortable. I'm quite an anxious person and have always felt uneasy in any hotels I have stayed in, but not this one. It's also absolutely spotless. Cannot fault at all

the door didn’t properly lock, the phone rang at 4am and woke us up, the breakfast was pure stink

Breakfast was not great unfortunately. Dinner previous evening was amazing so was disappointed with breakfast.

It is a boutique-hotel very well located, in the city centre and close to the river.
Parking was 5 min away walking. The price €7,50 for 24hrs.
Plenty of pubs and restaurants all around.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent. Camilo was very helpful all the time. We really appreciated that
Surprisingly, it was very hot into the room on our arrival and in the corridors. We were in an upper floor.
The entrance, with a lift and mechanical stairs, is confusing initially

it a modern style with out being too extreme. the hotel was very clean with good staff and central location. Also the flow of people through the lobby was kept moving without being rushed and locals had a good opinion of it. Need to single out the good attitude of the door men and they were helpful deciding where to go.
it’s a pity there weren’t more holidays around entertainment in or close by to limerick. we spotted plenty of info for other places in ireland.
