Our two adult sons stayed in this condo, while my wife and I stayed at their single bedroom, and they loved it. It is very clean, spacious, gorgeous patio view of the water, and everything needed for entertainment & cooking. The grounds are immaculately kept, soft lights on the plam trees during the night hours, where it made for a relaxing setting chilling out in the pool and seeing the night lights off the Mainland. The snorkeling right off the property is fantastic! We saw a Spotted Moray Eel nested in the reef, a Hawks Bill Turtle, Puffer Fish, Angel Fish, multiple types of Wrassee, Coral, and loads of other types ocean life.Matt, the owner & manager, is spectacular and the ultimate host. The information book covers everything, including hospital/medical facilities. He expediently addressed concerns & questions and made it a point to personally greet my family. The Sargasum Seaweed was really bad this year along the eastside of Cozumel, and Playa del Carmen got hit real bad, but barely any floated by the condo and west side of the island. No getting tangled up in it snorkeling off the condo.Highly recommend!

The view and location speak for themselves. Snorkeling is the best on the island right in front of the apartment in my opinion. Mathias and Ezekiel were very attentive and responded immediately whenever we needed anything. Definitely coming back.

We had a great week in the condo. What stood out were the comfortable beds and furniture, the excellent A/C units, the safe and quite location, the responsiveness of the management team, and the awesome snorkeling right in front of the building. Suggestions for improvements would be some extra care in cleaning before check in, general maintenance of the surfaces and storage areas and replacing some of the cookware and knives. We would definitely stay again and can recommend it to other guests.

The condo was as described on the web site and Matt was very easy to deal with. Answered any questions and was helpful and timely with his responses. Jose kindly met me when I arrived to give me the keys and show me around the condo. He was very thorough and welcoming and was on site every day should I have problems (I didn't.)I was very comfortable there and the view was amazing from the two balconies. I was seeking a quiet week on my own in beautiful surroundings and was not disappointed. As it was somewhat off season the property was very quiet and I almost felt that I had it to myself. I walked into town every day, though taxis were readily available and reasonable. But as a female vacationing alone, I did not once feel uncomfortable even though I walked sometimes at dusk .The pool and sun deck were a nice place to relax and there is easy access to the ocean for snorkeling . Lots of fish to watch.I would definitely recommend this condo for a couple or small family.Matt and his staff were very easy to deal with start to finish without being intrusive.I'd like to return!
