With easy access to Cozumel town, excellent offshore snorkeling and fabulous sunsets over the ocean, this condo makes the perfect retreat for your holiday.
Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.
Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean.
Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.
This is a lovely 1 BR oceanfront Cozumel’s condo situated one floor up from the pool level; our building is one of the finest Cozumel’s lodging option in the north shore of the island.
This one bedroom Cozumel’s Condo has a living area, kitchen, dining area, oceanfront LARGE bedroom and private bathroom.
Just off the living area is a dining area that can seat 4 people. There is additional seating for 3 people at the lunch counter off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare a full meal.
The bedroom has a king bed as well as a sleep sofa for small kids in the living room. For an extra adult after 2, a single bed is available for rent. The seating area in the bedroom overlooks the ocean and sliding glass doors lead onto the oceanfront patio.

The hosts and helpers were terrific, as was the view, and the apartment that had everything anyone could need. We were there during El Norte - a week of more big wind and ways - and we still had a wonderful time!

We have stayed on Matt and Isabella’s property’s several time’s now. The main reasons are the care and service you get. The properties are of course stellar but the confidence and response you get if something comes up or you just need some recommendations where to eat or who to fish with or a beach to go to. They treat you like family. Not the family you avoid the ones you actually like. lol. We just 10 days in Miramar 204 and it was perfection. If you can’t decide where to stay call Matt, he’ll hook you up!!

Matt was easy to work with, very helpful.
The place is serene and quiet. The ocean access in the back is amazing, there is a reef along the coast so snorkeling is easy. View of ocean is awesome. Staff was very kind.
Definitely would go back.
