Gutes italienisches Frühstück, sehr freundlich serviert. Das Restaurant im Haus ist zu empfehlen wie auch die Bar.

Fantastic hotel -- very beautifully restored and in a great location. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. My room was enormous and the property was very quiet. Grocery store right across the street which was fabulous!

The arrangements for breakfast are a little cumbersome -- you have to decide what you will want to eat in the morning the day before, and you are then limited to only those items -- they are placed on your assigned table before you arrive. The person who serves the food and brings the coffee is lovely, but she is also doing about 4 other jobs at the same time, so it is a bit challenging to get coffee refills, etc.

A beautiful historic property in the centre of Ravenna. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, and an excellent onsite bar and restaurant.

The location next to the covered market in the heart of Ravenna is unbeatable and the staff tried their best - but there were too few of them. Comfy beds and a kettle.

The hotel needs more staff and to be more organised. For example we had to fill in a form with breakfast requests and no one seemed to have then looked at it. We had to ask for everything again. Some things we never got and the receptionist had to go out to the bakery for croissants (Italian breakfast essential). More staff are needed and more lighting - the low lighting in reception and our suite made it seem gloomy. Zero atmosphere. The pigeons which are roosting in the lift - and pooing into it - need to be dealt with. We alerted reception - they knew about it and seemed very relaxed about the infestation...
