Beautiful and clean with a friendly helpful staff this lovely boutique-style hotel is across from the Basilica so everything is easy to walk to and there is so much to see and do. The scrumptious breakfast is in their beautiful garden.

Excellent central location - easy walking to all sights. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good quality linens. Lovely big shower. Good fridge for water and wine. Coffee and tea always available. Patio garden was nice to relax in to escape other tourists in the town!

Everything about this hotel. From the location, the impeccable taste and cleanliness, the thought that went into making one’s stay comfortable and pleasurable at every turn.

The property is a converted convent. It has been refurbished to high standards. While rooms are quite small, they are nicely decorated and very quiet. The property is in the centre just opposite to a beautiful basilica di San Vitale.

It was lovely. Just two minor points: 1. pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, 2. a EUR 30 for a later check-in is quite exceptional. I have been travelling for 5 weeks around Italy and haven’t experienced any fee for a late arrival ( and majority of the places are stayed were not hotels with a 24/7 reception.

Clean, spacious and right in Ravenna's historical centre.

The breakfast arrangements were confusing. They told us that breakfast is not served and we thought that was because of covid rules. However, they were serving breakfast to other guests on the premises.

Great location (2 mins walking from San Vitale chirch). Clean, spacious and warm rooms. Really nice building. Taff super helpful and polite.

One improvement would be adding a kettle with tea bags and coffee to the room.

Electricity problem. When we checked in TV/Frigo/Wifi didn't work and asked the owner and found that a breaker was somehow down. The owner fixed it for us but once again the same happened at night. The owner doesn't live in the same place thus we cannot make our drinks colder or use internet unfortunately.

Excellent location, at walking distance to "Piazza del Popolo" and most "Must Visit" places. Super clean and tidy rooms...impecable.

No breakfast offered within facilities. Although is not a big deal as you can walk to great places nearby.
