Nous avons aimé la vue superbe sur le Puerto de Mazarron, la chambre spacieuse, la piscine, le bar. Le personnel disponible et agréable.

Le petit déjeuner était moyen, pas de spécialité espagnoles. Les œufs brouillés le bacon ect... etaient froids pourtant le restaurant est équipé de plaques chauffantes mais les aliments sont stockés dans des plats en faïences et ils refroidissement.

Clean, tidy with great views and decent facilities this was a great easy in the budget hotel, with great cocktails and friendly helpful staff

There was confusion over the restaurant being open which resulted in us having to wait longer to actually order then it took 3 choices from menu before they could actually fulfil Oder it would have been nice to receive a drink as a gesture. Also despite being given wristbands to enter pool no mention was made at time that you had to return to reception to get a towel!!

Bar staff were a bit slow in serving, not always behind the bar. Had to get pool towels from reception a floor down from pool area. Wasn’t given them when checking in.

Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional reception and cleaning staff. We complaint of the dirty bathroom as we checked in and they not only did not apologise, but we also had to repeatedly ask for them to clean it before they did. Housekeeping doesnt clean rooms during stays. Moreover, there was no shower plate, so the whole floor of the bathroom would get wet. No hooks to hang towels (in a beach hotel). The lift up to the rooms is so slow, you can spend a good 5min waiting for it. The pool was too small and packed with guests. The only positive was the very nice waitress at the restaurant who had to fight with kitchen staff so my pregnant wife could get an apple, as they claimed the kitchen was closed (even though we were already sitting and in the middle of our dinner). Never going back.

The hotel in general is very good. The room was very comfortable, with a large terrace and nice views to the bay/ sea. When we arrived they gave us a room that was very close to the terrace/restaurant so we thought it could be a bit noisy at night, so we went to the reception and Carolina directed us to Miguel. He was super nice and gave us a very nice room with an amazing view on the 4th floor. This was probably the best part of our stay.

We decided to give a try to the restaurant close to the pool and bar. When we arrived one of the girls helped us immediately and assigned us a nice table that for some reason other employee came and told her that we couldn't be seated in that area. It was odd cause there were other customers seated and not too crowded. So the girl had to move us to another table close to the pool/kids area. It was okay but we have no children so would have been better to be seated on the other area. We ordered a veggie pizza that was good and a salad that had shrimp, mango and avocado. At the moment the salad arrived I noticed that somebody just threw all the items onto the plate.. for our surprise when we started eating the salad, we saw that they have served us the shrimp completely raw. **This was unbelievable** we have never seen something like this. There's no excuse for a hotel that belongs to an American chain to follow this bare minimum standards. The hotel should really put more effort in training the people that work at the restaurant.

The bedrooms are very well appointed and extremely clean, the GM and his team are really making an effort to try and bring the overall quality of this hotel up but one or two team members are letting the side down.

The quality of food from the kitchen was a huge disappointment, not on one occasion but two separate times (Breakfast and a Dinner).

Didnt have most requests for drinks (cocktails, food items, or even water!!) Staff seemed over busy for a bank holiday weekend, understaffed. lots of waiting paid too much for this level of service - to have half the menu unavailable because (it was all used earlier today) is unacceptable. It was particularly shocking to be told that ‘you can’t have water sent to the room because the bar is closed. this is basic 1 star hostel requirement.

An unexpected gem, really loved this hotel - big comfortable rooms, balcony with amazing views, fridge in room. The hotel bar and outside decking was really great too. We didn’t try the restaurant. It was amazing value, yet rather quiet (I think the town is very seasonal and as is usual for spain - the weather is usually very warm and sunny late May, yet it’s still out of season)

Excellent decor, clean calming and relaxing, friendly accomodating staff especially the female member of staff in the dining area who was very helpful to a member of our party who is gluten intolerant.

Price of drinks in the bar. Over €5 for one measure of spirits.

we have stayed at this hotel for the last 17 years. Since it’s rebranded as Ramada we expected lots of changes. However, it has retained much of its original charm while updating its rooms. Restaurant and bar food very good and reasonably priced.

We found the breakfast was poor. Good choice but ‘hot’ food was consistently cold or luke warm at best. One, slow coffee machine to service up to 60 breakfast customers, not good.

The bedrooms can’t be made very dark, due to the fire alarm safety light at the entrance of the room. It is the brightest light I’ve ever seen and it impacted me as a light sleeper (since it couldn’t be turned off and I had no patch or sticker to patch it). Additionally on the 3rd floor in the center of the building you can hear a continuous humming sound throughout the night. It’s a shame as the core purpose of a hotel is to sleep well. Other than that it’s an amazing hotel.

we had stayed before so we booked again. it is a lovely hotel. well cared for and tastefully decorated. quiet area and staff were lovely.

the air conditioning didn’t seem able to come with the heat that was coming in through the windows. we closed the curtain only to return to curtain fully opened by cleaning staff? also again the ac was ineffective. at night we turned it off and opened the patio window so some cooler air came in.
