Porto Skala Village Hotel

A truly lovely experience! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive and the food was delicious. We loved the location and the private beach in front of the hotel. We felt very welcome from the first day and would definitely come back!

The sea in front of the hotel was fantastic. Great view and swimming.

This is an older style budget hotel that is close-ish to the town of Skala (5min drive). There is no parking on site however there is a car park across the road, and you will need a car, though I think the hotel has shuttle services to town. Reception staff are friendly. Our room was high up and had a good view, however it was on the small side and was beginning to feel a bit tired. The pool is the highlight of the hotel, and pool towels are provided in the room. The pool area is large with plenty of sun beds. The pool bar serves ok food and drinks. Breakfast options are good but repetitive. There is an evening buffet for EUR22 per person that is ok if you want a change from taverna food. Across the road, through the car park, is a little rocky beach that is good for snorkelling. Overall we had an ok stay.

This is an older style hotel and it shows. The bathroom became a wet room, the rooms are on the smaller side, and the air conditioner took a while to cool the room. Though the reception staff are friendly, the rest are still learning.

I can say that the breakfast is boring because everyday is always the same.

Also the room is not comfortable because parents and child are together in one room.This is first time happened to us having a vacation .
