We stayed here for 3 nights and the property is undeniably beautiful. The design, the lush greenery, and the overall vibe truly make you feel like you are in Bali, right here in Europe. It is a stunning and relaxing place. However, 900 euros per night is simply too expensive and hard to justify for what you get. It was a wonderful experience visually, but definitely overpriced.

Upkeep of grounds could have been better. Felt a lack of management within the whole resort

Food

Some beautiful areas in the hotel, especially the outdoor fitness facilities. Breakfast was very good.

The property was a lot smaller than expected. It was difficult to get beds by the pools, as there seemed to be more guests than the facilities could accommodate. Whilst most of the staff were lovely, a few members of staff) particularly at the front desk) were not very friendly or keen to help. The yoga classes were okay, but not amazing Also, it’s is a shame that lunch is not served at both restaurants. Overall a nice hotel, but there are lots of areas for improvement and felt more like a 4 star than a 5 star.
