Hotel Granvia Hiroshima

Location to station. Shopping and restaurants, accessible to everyone.

Nothing really

Location was excellent. Amenities were great. The little touches provided whilst staying made it a fantastic stay.

My family and I enjoyed everything about this hotel.

The checking in process was smooth. The front desk ladies are very friendly. The location is superb.

There is no swimming pool. There is no self service laundry.

Great location at the station, easy to get everywhere and many restaurants in de the neughborhood.

The room was small, uncomfortable and not clean. When we arrived the bathroom smelled of urine (like a public toilet which wasn’t cleaned in days). When we complained, the toilet was cleaned with bleach, with no apology. The room was otherwise also not clean - dust everywhere, and the bathroom was clearly not thorougly cleaned in a while. I also did not appreciate finding someone else’s hair in the bathtub when I stepped in. The grandeur of the lobby and the 4-star level was not matched in the rooms we had booked. Pity.
