Very spacious room with air conditioning which was a boon the time I stayed. WiFi was excellent. Ample parking with an EV charging point - tip for EV users, if you use Electroverse, ignore the instructions on the charger and just start it from the Electroverse app; the price drops to 35p per kWh (at time of writing). Food was excellent, with a good selection of cooked breakfast options.
Slight niggles, but I would have preferred a proper coffee maker in the room rather than just a kettle. The TV is a little out of date and doesn't support streaming services. As others have said, the car park and exterior could do with some work, but the interior is smart and clean.

Unfortunately we had to leave early before breakfast was available. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. We were at the back of the hotel where it was very quiet.

The breakfast buffet was generally ok. The rooms were clean and although basic, they were functional.
Some of the staff were polite & friendly, especially the ladies and gentleman who made up the housekeeping staff.
The external appearance of the hotel needs some TLC, as does the car park. There were no space markings and external lighting was really poor.
Unfortunately, our stay got off to a poor start due to the check in process from a female member of staff who was unfriendly and most certainly not welcoming. She needs some serious customer service training or removing from a customer facing role.
