Check in was no issue. The property is in a good position, close to restaurants and cafes, shops, the beach. I imagine that during the V8 Supercars this place would be front row.

The entire place needs renovating, first impressions are sad, old and run down. In our room the bed had a broken leg in the middle and had to prop up with a couple of hard cover books otherwise you felt like you were going to roll out of bed. Decor is cheap, old fashioned, paint peeling off walls, rust around door frames etc. I suppose for the price it was acceptable but disappointing considering the photos that you see on the booking sites. I suppose thst is why the place is up for sale, maybe an injection of capital to raise the standards.
