The hotel building is very beautiful! Original stone walls and big rooms. Wellcome saff.

It is quite dusty under the bad, seems no one ever clean there. There is no big mirror in a room. I would appreciate the pair of slippers in the room.

We arrived to a spacious room with high ceiling. We ordered the in room massage to be told it wasn’t available until the following day. Which was fine. Then the disaster started to happen -the phone didn’t work -sink and toilet stopped working -the shower hot water was not even lukewarm -when the massage did happen they said it was best to just do it on our bed instead of their tables since they didn’t bring it. It was the most uncomfortable since they had us vertical on the bed with our neck and feet hanging off. For $45 usd each this was a complete rip off Then we were told the wing we stayed at was having issues and we were moved to another room after the day. That room was tiny. -the bathroom door needs fixing and you had to yank it or push it for it to close -the toilet holder was broken off -the towel hanger was broken Then to top this all off the staff seemed annoyed at everything when we notified them. At check out I was informed that card transactions were 5% of top of everything. This seems new and something implemented the last few days since the protests started. Do not stay here if you expect comfort or service. Come if you’re desperate that was us. We had to hike from Aguas Caliente and this was hope we were treated.

The building is beautiful. The location is perfect and the staff is nice and attentive. Rooms were ok, Cozy I would say.

Breakfast was not good. You need to be super early otherwise it runs out and it takes a while till they bring food back. It felt like they were being tight with food. Specially when thinking fruits in Peru are so cheap, they would just serve a big plate of mixed fruits which will be gone in seconds.. Then you have to wait like 20 min till a new fruit plate comes out. The omelette was pre made, cold and tasteless. Definitely they need to upgrade their breakfast buffet. Bathrooms need to be upgraded. You could hear all the noise from outside and even people talking.

Great location, superb morning breakfast buffet, outstanding professional staff! We loved it and will go back!

My stay was excellent. The staff is very kind and efficient, especially Shan. They took great care of my luggage while I spent one night in Aguas Calientes. When I came back from there, the bags were already in my room.

Breakfast needs to be changed and improved, minor things need to be fixed such as fixtures in the bathroom and the window locks are loose.

Lovely architecture, location not too bad

Bathroom was cold as it was open to the exterior, they were super stingy on soap and towels.

The location is excellent, just a few blocks from Plaza de Armas.

The room had no heater (Cuzco nights were 3 degrees), and we had to call the staff twice before getting one minimal, which wasn't enough for the whole room. Also, the bathroom sink was leaking terribly.

Good location and nice patio

Room was quite dirty. Staff was available, but not the nicest we found in Perù. We wanted to pay by credit card and we had to pay an extra 5% for it.

The location is excellent. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and looked great.

The breakfast was really good but perhaps not as good as breakfast you would find in a european hotel
