Very near to the port short walking distance to hotel

Dinned at the hotel nearly when finished I noticed the candle they have on the table the wax was melting and it had gone all in the front left for my new dress 😫 after speak to the head waiter about this he just said sorry 😤 no solution to the problem. Thank full I went to reception were they were very nice ask me if I could change and bring the dress over they sent it to the cleaners and thankfully it got sorted. The attitude of the restaurant stuff was not good

The rooms were great and very comfortable. Food at the hotel was lovely, especially the breakfast. Staff were all very nice and accommodating.

As previous reviews say, it can be very noisy at night but this is a given as it is in the busy part of the island and next to busy bars. It didn’t affect our stay and we would return knowing this.

I completely loved this place! Location is great, close to port and restaurants. The front pool would allow you to relax while checking on the people going and back. Back pool was a relaxing oasis. All the staff was friendly and kindy. The reception/ therapist lady even helped to remove a splint from my feet. Pillows are really high profile and I cannot sleep ob it, but they provided me with lower profile pillows upon request. We also had a small issue with aircon on the second room we stayed and - again - they quickly worked and sorted it out. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Pillows are really high high profile, but you can ask for lower profile if needed. Nothing else to say, the place is great, wish I could stay there longer!

Beautiful clean hotel right on beachfront of Gili T. Delicious tasty food in the restaurant. Beanbags in the pool area were the best, such a good spot to relax!

There was no spa facility & the option to hire bikes through the hotel

There are no real drawbacks to the property, it is close to the port where you get off of the boat so you don’t have to worry about using a horse and carriage. Can find everything you need extremely close but it’s a small island and anywhere on the front has this quality. The rooms were lovely and the staff were nice. Breakfast was also lovely so I would suggest option for the breakfast included option.

My only issue is not with the hotel but with the island. The horse and carriages are beyond cruel. Anyone who has a heart just shouldn’t go, these horses can be seen frothing from the mouth, are visibly underweight and malnourished and frightened of the owners. It’s clear they aren’t given enough water throughout the day and then the owners have the audacity to slap these horses when they play up after being underfed. Honestly ruined the entire trip to Gili T for me. This is just an FYI as I was not aware before I went and I wouldn’t have spent the money to go there if I would have known.

Good location and facilities

The toliet was blocked, we informed reception twice and for our whole stay the apartment smelt like sewage. We was never offered to change rooms. The bathroom had mould everywhere and it was not clean. I would not return or recommend to anyone.

Close to the harbour, close to many restaurants and bars. The room was good with the plunge pool and was very private.

Gorgeous facilities and excellent option of two pools - the back pool was very tranquil. The downstairs rooms were lovely with an open bathroom and very tastefully decorated. The front pool with restaurant was a great spot to people-watch and enjoy the chilled music.

The breakfast took a while to serve and they ran out of ingredients on both days.

The location was absolutely amazing, right in the middle of the busy street near the jetty. I like that one of the pools was out on the street and that there was a beach area solely for the hotel residents. The beds were also very very comfy! Go snorkelling if you can!

They need to invest in some new bikes for the hotel and have more as the one I had was rusty and have me a blister!

Great location, easy to walk to from the dock. Short bike right to everything. Loved the swim up bar! Staff were awesome as well, super helpful and friendly.

Fridge could of been bigger

Such an awesome place! Two great pools - A more quiet in the back one and a “party” one in the front right on the beach. Good food, awesome staff and a good place for socialising but still quiet during the night. Close to all the good parties, restaurants and snorkelling with turtles directly from the beach in front of the hotel.
