Very kind staff, always super helpful. I loved the room, super clean, super cozy and comfortable. I loved staying here, I would definitely choose it again! Could rent a bike there, they were always super happy and good energy.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Kai! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great, close to the harbour and plenty of restaurants. We also rented an e-bike directly from the property, which worked really well and made exploring the island easy.
We especially liked having a separate living room from the bedroom. It gave us extra space and made the stay more comfortable.
The water pressure in the bathroom was a little low. Also, the window in our room couldn’t be opened, so there wasn’t much fresh air or direct sunlight to help dry our wet clothes after spending time at the beach.
Overall, a pleasant stay and a convenient place to explore Gili Trawangan!

Nice pool, spacious room and bathroom, staff were so friendly and helpful, housekeeping services provided. Bathroom and pool towels provided too.
Mosquitos in the room - bitten multiple times.
Breakfast was small, not very substantial
