The beach is beautiful. It’s nice to be slightly out of Cefalu, luckily we had a car so we could drive in and out. The breakfast is great. The huts are really nice and the bed is comfortable. We had a sea view room which is magical!

The lunch menu wasn’t very varied, the pool area is a little run down, getting into the sea can be a little difficult due to the rocks, I wonder if a path could be cleared to make it easier to get in and out.

The interior of the bungalow was a bit outdated and there was quite humidity by the bed.

The tennis court is not owned by the hotel. The hotel arranges the court at a rate of eur 15 an hour and they provide tennis balls and rackets. Unfortunately the rackets and balls are badly worn, not worthy of this location. Another point of improvement is that there is no pizza available for diner (lunch it is) or a children portion of the items on the menu. This makes dining with children a little bit more complicated and a waste of food, ordering a grown up dish. Assuming the hotel is recovering from corona times, a good next investment could be a electric scooter instead of a petrol one ...

Amazing location, exactly like the photos. Great small private beach, fantastic sea view from the bungalows. Good breakfast, not particularly special. Dont expect luxury service or rooms. Expect an amazingly beautiful and quiet stay. We recommend having a car so its easier to go out at night. We had an amazing time and we recommend this to anyone.

The spot is just amazing. The colour of the water and the views over the bay. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast delicious. A 25 minute walk into town but far enough away that it was so peaceful

Beware, Google maps sent us down a side track to find the hotel. Follow street signs instead!

Astonishing view and superb resort with a great and dedicated staff ready with every request we had - we felt like at home with a very special treatment. We couldn't be more happier with our stay and we strongly recommend it to everyone!! We will certainly come back here! This is by far the best resort in Cefalù. Alessandro the receptionist was so friendly and incredibly professional. He went the extra mile to make us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble for him. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Last but not least, the views from this place are stunning: its tranquillity, away from the masses but close enough to walk to the lungomare, makes it the perfect spot to spend your holiday in Cefalù.

We loved the place - it's absolutely gorgeous! Very comfortable room, super friendly staff, excellent breakfast, quiet and enjoyable setting, very good food even a la carte for lunch. Definitely recommend and definitely will be back and would stay again. It's. like living in a fairytale!

2 things to be aware of: this place is not for older people because you constantly have to go up and down because of the property landscape, we were there with 2 kids, so for us it wasn't a problem, but I wouldn't be able to Brin g my parents there. The other issue is related - there is a private beach and when you enter the sea you first have to walk on stones (they are not sharing, but they are slippery, so holding balance isn't easy) before you reach sand. I think it would greatly benefit the property if they create an entrance path into the sea where you don't have to walk on random stones risking to fall. Again, my parents would stand no chance to swim there because of that. Other than that the property is truly amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cefalu, much more fun and relaxing to stay at Calanica than in the actual town.

Location is amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bungalow rooms are roomy for a small family, but do not offer much privacy.

Restaurant was good, not great, and a little pricey. Rock beach is difficult to walk on.

Outstanding views, excellent food and all staff was incredibly kind.

Not a grear shower head. Impossible not to weat your hair whilst showering.
