This hotel offers it all, perfect location, pool, sea, beach club, 20min walk to the old town (very easy walk, direct access from the hotel). We had a standard room and it still was exceptional, view of the marina and La Rocca.
The inconsistency of the staff in the restaurants. It was hit and miss on the service you got. They missed things, forgot orders. This let us down a bit for the level of accommodation. The reception staff were excellent though.

A stunning location, with a wide range of facilities. Excellent breakfast and lunch options. A stunning pool, with a very unique design to provide safe access for children.
We thought the dinner restaurant was a bit expensive, in particularly the fish. We didn't like the lounge type of seating. The waiters were difficult to communicate with in English.
Not sure about the citrus scented spray on the gardens.

Beautiful location, beautiful scenery, beautiful swimming Poole wonderful staff
Our room was actually a little tired. The shower was broken which did get fixed. Our plug sockets were very loose in the wall. Our Aircon unit in the bedroom was very old and rattled and the Exoelair in the bathroom made a dreadful noise.

The breakfast was great. Some staff were really friendly and great. Others were indifferent which was fine.
The beaches private to the property weren't that great. The food at the resort is not that great either. You are better off walking to Cefalu and having food there. The first room we were given was very smelly due to where it was located and the sewage etc. So they upgraded us to a different room. That room had wine bottles from previous guests left over and uncleaned.
