Excellent location, easy to get to the metro plus amazing food options right outside the hotel

Excellent location, this property is connected to OneLink Mall which is a amazing, right across the property are many local restaurants, if you are a foodie, this is a amazing location. The fitness centre is also very well equipped

Room decent size, clean, comfortable. Staff helpful but internet useless - you need to connect via a VPN which the hotel didn't cover. Staff tried to help sort but were unsuccessful. Juicer at breakfast nice touch. Some breakfast days better than others. Staff on front door especially helpful flagging cabs etc. Location great! Small and huge shopping mall + train station directly below. Easy access to and from Canton + free shuttle if not taking the train. Would stay again for CF.

Internet VPN not paid for by hotel. Nuisance to sort out.

Location and home like amenities are very good for business or leisure purpose. Guest room is spacious enough for single or couple to stay.

Exercise facility need to book each time before I use. Like steam and sauna, I need to reserve 30 mins in advance which is not a user friendly policy, it should be a grap and go service.

Central location, really clean, decent breakfast, helpful staff and reasonable price. Great for families.

Overall, the stay is satisfying. The location is great and the staff is wonderful, but there is something needed to be improved.

First of all, some of your employees are new here, and they know few about this hotel. I think further training is needed. Then the cleaning staff came to our room when we were still in room for several times, which was a little bit disturbing. Also, she forgot to bring new shampoos and lotions. We ask for them almost everyday. The third sugguestion is that a cleaning stuff for the bathtub is very necessary. We want to use it but find is hard to clean by ourselves. The last thing would be your staff forgot to turn on the steam and sauna facilities while we have already noticed them half an hour ago. You may provided towels when guests are using the sauna.
