A fridge in the room and the location

It was supposed to be pre-paid and we were asked to pay despite a pre-paid notification from Booking.com. There was an agreed rate in USD and the property insisted on payment in local currency only and at a much higher conversion rate. Cost $40 more. The breakfast was sub-standard. Milk was off every day. No meat or eggs.

the laundry service was very fast

NOISE, the location right on the main street makes the rooms really noisy. You know that it's a problem since the management provides ear plugs in your room. It is a very touristy town with people out partying until all hours, riding their motos up and down the street, etc.

Very friendly host Nice room with everything you need! I would definitely go to this place again.

the lady at the reception is the sweetest ever. Very kind and very willing to help.

The receptionist who helped us was exceptional, both with help checking in and with suggestions for things to do. She booked several of our activities as well. The location was perfect for access to the main strip of La Fortuna. We had a great time and would readily stay here again!

The staff in the reception was excellent. So helpful and kind. Room big and spacious. Very clean. Close to everything downtown.

The road is kinda noisy but if you sleep with earplugs you will be just fine.
