Very nice hotel. Great view, close to the beach. Amazing food, and restaurant area at the roof top. Nice swimming pool. Very friendly staff.

The location, employees and food are absolutely pros in this stay. If generally I wouldn't say that it is a 100% 4 star hotel comparing to other where I have been before in Turkey, but it was something between 3 and 4. For that price it was an absolutely good choice. As I had a short trip, my main criteria was: close to the beach (took just 5 minutes walk from there), at the same time close enough to the old town of Side (took 20 minutes by a nice walk along the beach), all inclusive meals with the view (here 200% of expectations, the rooftop restaurant just makes it! And I'd like to point out the variety of vegetarian dishes too, it was always more than enough to choose from 😊) and of course level of cleanliness. I got all I wanted, so I'm happy 👍🏻

Unfortunately, the hammam and jacuzzi in the hotel weren't operating, maybe because of the seasonal closing already but I wish that information would be given in advance or at least while checking in so then I could had booked it somewhere else in town. And another one, actually just a small thing, the hair dryer didn't work in my room, but luckily there was enough sun these days to do thst job, so I am not complaining.

Nice and cheap hotel. Decent meals. The so called standard room has in fact two bedrooms which was a nice surprise (I didn't understand that looking at the pictures).

one beach towel for all of your stay is not ideal. To change the beach towel, one has to pay 1 eur

Great all-in hotel with still resonable prices. It's very close to the sea, the hotel has their own beach with free sun-beds, you also get beach towels (for changing them price of 1 euro is required).Quality of food is very good, divers dishes every day,the chef-cook is really great!Generally the staff of this hotel is extreemly friendly and helpful,at all levels we've got the best assistance!I had some problems while booking the room for 3 people and the hotel manager did his best to help me making the correct booking.The transfer we requested from the airport was organized perfectly!We also had a nice room- 1 sleeping room with a double bed and 1 living room where there was a smaller bed for the 3d person.The cleaning lady Fatima was very friendly and always did her best to clean our room. Also the staff at the restaurant was extreemly helpful.After couple of days they already new our names and the drinks we normally ordered. With the best of their attention they always assisted us very fast.The rooftop where we had the breakfasts/lunches and dinners was impressive!Such a nice view on the sea and the hotels around. We also could buy massage sessions in the hotel, it was professional and worth it 100%.I can highly recommend this hotel.

We had one room facing the swimming pool and during the day the music there could be quite loud. Also some neigbouring hotels sometimes had loud music.Happily at night there was no music,so it didn't effect our holidays as we could still sleep well during the night.

The view from the restaurant is the best. Good location near old town. The food is good. We had a nice sea view from the balcony. Strong wifi in all the room.

Waiters trying to sell fresh orange juice at the breakfast was annoying. That shouldn't be the case in an allinclusive hotel. There wasn't any life entertainment in the evening like all the surrounding hotels and restaurants had.

Is close to a perfect beach, 200 metres or so. Food is good, and hotel is clean. Swiming pool is good. Special thanks to the front office - reception manager, how helped us it two situation - very profesional. The price is also excelent for what you get...

Actually a part of the villas have no elevator, at the 3-th floor. Unfortunately not all the guys from the reception are very profesional and they dont speak so good English... Take care about the steps, there are incredible many....like 60 to the beach ?? So, if you have problems with you legs, don't go there...

The buffet was perfect, everything was very tasty (especially the morning pancakes!) The restaurant has its own terrace on the 5th floor, so you can dine either under the roof or outside. The beach is very close. The room was cosy and comfortable, too. The window view is fantastic! In the evening it's very cool to chill in the balcony.

The hotel has several buildings, and our room was on the last floor of the building that had no elevator... That was really uncomfortable. If you can't drink alcohol like me, get ready for drinking juice or sugary cola-like beverages all vacation, as there was no non-alcoholic beer in the bar (that was surprising to me, as I come from the beer country and didn't know that non-alcoholic beers are so unpopular in Turkey). Otherwise everything was fine.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is very nice, welcoming and friendly and they make you feel like home. :) The food is tasty and all inclusive drinks are very good.

Air con gets centrally turned off at each hour during night so you'd wake up boiling and have to switch on again several times. Beach was rammed with sunbeds so you are practically lay next to other people and struggle to get to sea! No dietary information available in restaurant, so good luck if you have allergies.

I highly recommend this hotel really nice and enjoyable worth it for Holiday and staff are very polite and professional Especially Mr.Eray is very friendly and always there for everything you need.. It was nice experience to be at this hotel.!

I happily returned to this hotel and I was not disappointed. The Side Su hotel, located near the sandy beach, offers very good quality services. Cleanliness, friendly staff, diversified food, were some elements that contributed to a wonderful holiday in Side.

It would be necessary to better organize the services on the private beach, at the level of a four-star hotel (water, coffee etc.)

Room: spacious, well lit, big balconies with loungers facing the sea ( if you choose that room category). A lot of storage space and a very spacious bathroom + extremely clean Food: I read some reviews saying there is nothing to eat and I really dont know how is that possible. There is the main restaurant with breathtaking views of the city and the sea where main meals are served. The buffet offers everything you could possibly want- meat, fish, lots of vegetables and fruit and abundance of dessert options. There is also a snack bar (12:30-15:30) if you want to have some snacks (burgers, pizza etc.) Bars and pools: There are 3 bars (+Vitamin bar) and 3 pools- you can get whatever you want from domestic drinks from 10-23 + what I really liked, there are water fridges at several locations in the hotel where you can grab a glass of cold water 24/7. Service: This is maybe something that made our holiday even better- everyone is so friendly and service oriented and as someone working in a hotel I know how challenging that might be at times. There are a couple of people that really go an extra mile to make your holiday special ( the main waitress in the restaurant- I think her name is Pinar), the pool/ lobby barman (name starting with B), everyone at the reception. Summary: For the money you pay, we got much more than expected.

Well if I want to be hairsplitting- the only thing I could say I did not like that much or that could be improved is the beach- and what I mean by that is that there are too many loungers that are not used and that can be removed to have more space and a bit more privacy

5-minute walking distance to the beach and the hotel provides sunbeds and beach towels which was great. Other places, when people go to beaches, they had to pay an entrance fee which can be pretty expensive. Thanks for renting beach spaces for hotel customers. I love the view from the hotel's restaurant. It is on the 5th floor. Probably the best part of the hotel. I added a photo that i took after lunch. Beach was awesome...Clean sandy beach...I can say that sea and the beach was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds. So no rush to get a nice spot early in the morning.

I booked a room of double bed but, they gave me single bed. The room was nice and clean but as i said it wasn't what i booked. So, I felt uncomfortable. The restaurant can be really crowded during dinners. I had wait for some people eat and leave their table, twice. So, not enough space for all the customers at peak season. Contrary to the general idea, i didn't quite like the food at the hotel. Surely there are many choices, but the taste was mediocre. The queues that serve the main dishes were not enough. Instead of putting so many different salads and sides, there could've been one more queue for the mains...So, I'd rate the food 5 out of 10. Other than food, all the known alcoholic drink brands were not included to the all-inclusive. I couldn't trust the drinks. They should've provided at least one known brand of whiskey and vodka, in my opinion. Elevators were not enough as well. There were two of them, supposedly for 8 people each. But I think it is only for 6 people. Don't know the capacity of the hotel but it wasn't enough. And the staff uses these elevators for service, which makes the waiting time even longer. In addition, not only this hotel, businesses in Side generally give prices in euros, which makes the holiday experience expensive and unpleasant for Turkish citizens who earn in lira.

I recommend! The room I had was perfect, I jumped into the pool from the balcony, the food is good, even if some say it is repetitive (maybe they didn't mix it with the wonderful salads in the middle of the restaurant)! otherwise fun and more fun! Karma tour is the best! Very friendly and attentive staff to make your vacation memorable!

The food and the restaurant were really good, also we really enjoyed the swimming pool bar, the drinks were good. the beach was nice 👍

first: personal had unacceptable behavior, they gave us an awful room and then when I asked them to change it - the manager said “it has no sense - you’re staying just for 2 nights”. So if I stay for couple of days - I have to stay in the worst room? It’s really lack of respect for the guests. second: after changing the room, they still gave us the room without balcony (we booked the one with balcony), the air conditioner in the room wasn’t working properly, the lavatory pan was leaking (the floor was always wet), the doors were kinda broken (the door to the bath room wasn’t closing properly and the door to the second room was closing even I wanted to leave it open)

Rude as hell front desk staff and some bar staff pretty rude too. Girlfriend got food poisoning from the hotel food. Cleaner took some money from our room despite it being very well hidden and took an amount thinking we wouldn’t notice. Pillows very dirty and the cleaner never put duvet covers on.
