Position, touristic suggestions of the host, wifi.

Quite dirty, neglected and old, poor attention to details. The floor has been mopped without cleaning it with a broom first, so it was dirty. In the bathroom's bin there was still the trash left from the guests before us, including used woman pads, and on the table there were still their dirty glasses. That's terrible and cannot happen in covid time!! The host welcomed us, asked us to pay immediately and we have never seen him for the rest of the stay. We were looking for him at the check out to complain but couldn't find him. Not recommended!

The landlord was nice when we arrived, however, he still owes us 5 Euros because he had no change on him and we haven’t seen him ever since. The appartment itself was in the basement and the whole accommodation smelled musty. Furthermore,it was very filthy, so we did not even dare to walk barefoot because the floor was covered in dirt. There were spiders in every single room and the furniture was outdated and broken. The bed was also in a horrible condition: the mattress was worn out and the blanket smelled disgusting. Even the towels which the landlord gave us were full of stains. The A/C did only work properly until noon – in the afternoons and evenings it did not cool down the appartment anymore. The water heater had to be turned on manually by a switch – otherwise, there was no warm water - we had to find that out on ourselves since the landlord did not explain it to us. All in all, we would NOT recommend this accommodation.

Strange smell in the apartment

Ideal for a group of friends that don’t need anything luxurious, the host is nice and helped us with some things, Kamenjak is not that far. Premantura is quite small so it feels familiar.

You can expect a very helpful and super friendly host to guarantee a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can walk directly to the beach, have nice food around the corner and enjoy beautiful landscape for a small price. Thanks a lot once again!
