Very clean and tidy. Hosts excellent.
The only thing I would say is the mattress could be harder. As it was very soft. That is the only thing.

Very clean accommodation. Tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and biscuits in the room replenished each day. Nice comfortable bed. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
The room was on the fourth floor with no lift but we were advised about this by Louisa when we booked.

Excellent location. Seaview room. Quiet area & hotel is nearby to a lot of pub’s & restaurants. Parking permits given or cars can park in the small hotel car park. Louisa is a lovely helpful host!
Sink in room 16 isn’t in the bathroom (it’s an attic room & it wouldn’t fit in the bathroom).

Close to Scarborough Open Air Theatre
Breakfast, room was really small and dated.
