The breakfast was lovely and hot ,the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very airy and clean.

The bed was very comfortable, but everytime I turned over in the night it creaked and squeaked and woke me up.

Breakfast was fantastic especially the poached eggs!

Everything was good apart from room 10 bathroom kept sticking and made a loud noise every time you opened it !

Someone previously in that room had obviously been feeding the seagulls from out of the window, one was banging on the glass, at 6:45am! Perfect alarm clock! DON'T FEED THE SEAGULLS 😂 No reflection on the Selomar, it was perfect for us.

The location, for us was perfect. The room and accommodation had everything you would expect. The breakfast was really good and serving staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. We love the North Bay of Scarborough as it is more peaceful and quiet, perfect for our stay and in easy reach of the centre and South Bay.

We only saw the hosts on arrival and didn't know how to contact them if there were any issues. We didn't have any issues, but it would have been nice to know how to contact them had there been any.

Beautiful sea view, great location and immaculate clean!

Parking was included but wasnt the easiest (bless ken for coming out and giving up his space for us!).

The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for us. The breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. The room itself was clean and spacious enough for a family.

Lovely sea view close to the seafront, great breakfast and close to shops and restaurants.

Set on a high point so if you havent got a good pair of legs you will need to use your car to get about.

Well positioned for beach access and extensive sea views from room. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Good cooked breakfast plus selection of cereals, yogurt and fruit. Parking permits available.

Room was on top floor and access meant climbing 50 stairs which I found quite difficult. I think guests should be made aware of this. Twosmall armchairs in bedroom would be preferable to sitting on dining chair or the bed to relax.
