The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was very cool and cosy at the same time. Great location too.

The property is really well located for all of the main areas. You can walk to most attractions. But they have bikes you can rent if you prefer. The cafe in the reception is really nice and the coffee is decent. This experience really makes the hotel feel warm and welcoming.
There's only one lift in the property so you sometimes have to wait a while for it. The walls between rooms are quite thin, but they do provide ear plugs for free so best to use them if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel is by the market and is easily accessible with a short walk or taxi ride from the train station. The room was perfectly sized for my needs and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfy and the AC worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I'm just disappointed that I couldn't stay longer..! If I'm ever back in Kanazawa I'll be sure to book here!

It was a cool, retro feel, but I wish the owners had taken some steps to make the rooms more modern technically friendly. A power bar would have been awesome; when you’re traveling internationally and have multiple phones, chargers, smart watches, pocket wifis to plug in, you really need more than one available outlet
