The location and the staff are accommodating. The hotel room is comfortable for its price.

There's no shower curtain in the bathroom.

The location is good and quiet. They're doing a good job maintaining the hotel clean.

They have problems with the electricity. I've experienced power shortage for the two nights that I've stayed with them. But those were just for a short period of time.

Excellent location close to almost wherever you want to go within Dumaguete City

The place is a bit small, there are also mosquitoes in our room, the staff was only looking at us having a hard time where to park we have to approached HIM first to get some help.

You get what you pay for. Good value for the money.

Aircon was extremely loud. They turn their wifi off at midnight and you have to request to have turned back on.

The pension is in a side street so the environment is relatively quiet. It's within walking distance of all of central Dumaguette.

Despite the country now welcoming vaccinated travellers the pension still maintains a lockdown mentality with plastic sheeting all over the lobby. Services such as meals were suspended "due to COVID". Desk staff were utterly miserable. Room was small, dark and dingy with closed curtains which were not designed to open. I certainly wouldn't return. Poor value

Malapit sya sa Freedom park and sa main highway. Getting around via tricycle is easy.
