Friendly and approachable staff, good breakfast, excellent soundproofing—the hotel has everything you need—and an overall pleasant atmosphere. There is a wealth of amenities in the immediate vicinity; nothing is lacking. The fast Elizabeth Line is a 10-minute walk away, or you can get there by bus.

Great room, good shower, bed and air conditioning.
Free breakfast was great also.
Location - would probably go further into London, but just a short bus to Ealing Broadway and short walk to West Ealing.

Friendly staff.
Comfortable beds, clean and spacious.
Breakfast food selection was excellent.
Although a way out from Wembley the bus stops just
Outside the Hotel we found very convenient.
About a 5- 10 minute walk to the shopping centre.
Local pub just down the road was very friendly and the food was great.
Not knowing that the bus service will not run from Webley Stadium when there are concerts on.
Found it very difficult to return back to hotel.
We had to get a taxi in the end.

Breakfast not so good bacon hard sausage look like they was burnt and a rubbish seating area
NO PARKING if you drive you have to go to the nearest car park which cost me a extra £25 for 24hrs not good this hotel is ok if you don't drive and you just use public transport
