Bairro House Lisbon Charming Suites

Location is very central, and building is stunning!

It’s right in the night life area so if you struggle to sleep perhaps not a great area for you.

The location was great in terms of connectivity and how central you are. It is a party area, and we knew it before booking, so it was fine for us. In regard with this, what I liked is that the windows isolated the noise pretty well, which was a great surprise (as many reviews would say otherwise), being a very light sleeper I didn't have trouble falling asleep even though it was a full disco outside. The area transforms to a calm beautiful neighbourhood in the morning and daytime, with a lot of nice brunch spots around. The host was great in giving us all the info and being in touch. We used a locker he advised us and it was very convenient, close to the hotel room.

The main thing that bothered me was the lack of shelves or even hangers in the bathroom and the room had only hangers and no wardrobe. But it was fine, given we would mostly be outside.

Lage super zentral, im Ausgehviertel, dadurch sehr laut. Fenster waren aber gut. Nette Bar im Erdgeschoss.

Enges steiles Treppenhaus, defekter Abzug im Bad, dadurch Stockflecken. Badboden defekt, Zimmer sehr klein, keine Ablage und Schrank. Zimmer wurde bei 3 Nächten nicht gereinigt.

Room was clean and nicely furnished, bed was comfy and aircon worked well. Phone number to call meant quick resolutions.

Was told a few days before they had over booked us and had to move us to another hotel then corrected afterwards. Then on arrival had been given the wrong key box info so arrived at 10pm to an empty key box. Shower drain smelt pretty awful, I think the instruction they are looking for on the shower is ‘use the cloth to block the drain after showering’.
