The apartment was very convenient for exploring Lisbon. A++ to the staff that worked at the reception desk who were extremely friendly and helpful. Note that you do have to walk up a few flights to get to the apartment, but Miguel assisted us in getting our luggage upstairs. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable.
We had a hard time controlling the a/c to a comfortable temperature during the night.

Good location - I walked everywhere and if it was a bit too far, the tram stops were close by. The staff were so lovely; very warm and welcoming and great to ask questions to. They recommended things that weren’t on my radar and I ended up going to just cause they were so passionate about it.

The location was excellent and the staff was extremely kind. The Bairro Alto neighbourhood is a great place to base yourself while exploring the city of Lisbon. The room was spacious and clean. No elevator is the only downside I can mention but this can be easily forgiven.

Location close to lots of restaurants and in the middle for tourist attractions. The staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you including giving fabulous recommendations for restaurants and things to do.
I didn’t like that the our air conditioner and the one for the room above dripped onto our little balcony which we were looking forward to using, but couldn’t as it was constantly wet.
