Vi bestilte til 12 personer, manglet 3 dyner som vi aldri fikk. Køyesengen veldig vinglete så kunne ikke bruke øverste seng. Ble veeeldig trangt på 4 mannsrommene! Passer nok best for Max 8 personer.

The lift was not working had to lift my brother to 3rd floor with 4 persons the owner of the property was not helping at all & when I asked about need help disabled persons can’t access your property not helping at all & does want to speak & rude

The staff was lying & took my money but not helping at all & when asking help said can’t help even though told staff disabled they said it is not their problem.This is the worst experience in my life the way they behave

Great location

We had to ask to have all the beds made up and still didn’t receive enough bedding for one. There was no air conditioning, one of the bathrooms didn’t lock and the showers were rubbish. It was overpriced for what we got!!

Apartment was tired, check in was a challenge and having no lift could really be an issue for some people

The only positive facor about this apartment is the location which is downtown near the arch.

The apartment is on 4th floor and has no similarity to the pictures on the "booking.com". So, do not book based on the photos, they are quite misleading. The lift was broken and did not work at all and it was very difficult for our kids and elders to go up and down. Lots of steps!!! Nobody even showed up to do something. The lift was in fact nonexisting. Opposite the building, there is construction project where they were working, making lots of noise and nobody could sleep and you add early disembarkment of goods for downstairs shops and restaurants. The sewage system was stinking, diffusing the whole rooms and the ones in the back room could not stay in the room due to the terrible smell. To us, the property was not good at all. Even, it looked as ifon the 5th floor, they had construction, too and all the ruins were amassed at the entrance on the ground floor.
