The service was good, and food was great too

The air conditioning in the room was hard to control

Room was very spacious. Washrooms were big and clean. Hotel was situated very close to the airport which was a major bonus considering we had a flight to catch the next morning. Breakfast options were amazing especially for the price they were charging. It was really worth it.

The restaurant that provides food to the rooms was awful, we got a pizza and pasta and they both were really bad. We complained to the hotel staff and we eventually got in contact with the manager, she was extremely rude on the phone and outright refused to give us a refund or even an apology! Absolutely unprofessional and we will never be coming back to this hotel.

no one attends to the call for room service or housekeeping after midnight! two mights we had to wait till morning!!!

Spaceous rooms, big bathrooms and generally comfortable. Staff are friendly and are quick to sort out issues, if any. Spa is good and the pool area as well. You can enjoy waterboarding, karting and equestrian activities. There's always something fun to do at Al Forsan Marriott Hotel

F&B service is poor with average food quality. We tried 2 restaurants as well as the breakfast area, just average.
