Beautifully kept villa and serene location. Gorgeous gardens with delicious breakfast. Sam’s smiley face and warm personality made our stay.

Very good place to stay for one night or more. Rooms are very clean and confortable. Breakfast was excellent and the swimming pool is very nice and well maintained. Owner and staff very helpful and friendly.

Does not accept local Srilankha’s Rupees neither visa payment, this can be a problem for long stay or for groups.

It was by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. It has bugs and huge red ants everywhere. There was a lizard in the washroom. They had a generator for when the power cuts happened but the host specifically told me I am not allowed to use the AC because they need the generator for more important things. I slept sweaty and dirty. Mosquitos bit me all night. The mosquito net did not help. We did not have cash on us and she did not inform us that she only takes cash. She enforced it and she was not kind about it. She should have atleast informed me before hand that she only excepts cash because no where on the booking said cash only. I was not pleased at all with my stay here and was very disappointed. I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable

Extremely clean, breakfast was lovely, pool was lovely and staff were really helpful.

Villa itself is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful garden and clean room. 12-minute walk to the beach through village in the shadow. Internet is sometimes failing and latest time for breakfast is 9:30 which can be early for long-sleepers ;)
