We loved the pool and garden. It was secure and private. The pool was big and clean, and well tended by Supon, the villa keeper. We were there with our 2 kids and we had lots of space. The cot they provided was perfect for our toddler and doubled as a play pen. The AC was excellent with 2 central fans and 2 wall units - we didnt need to use the wall units at all. The bathroom was beautiful and partly open air over the shower. Communication with the owner was excellent. Supon recommended a fantastic tuk tuk driver Manuka who looked after us throughout our stay. He made popping up and down to the town very easy. This property is amazing value for money.

Nothing! We hope we will be back some day and will certainly be recommending to our family and friends.

The stay was truly awesome. Beautiful well-groomed area, large clean pool. The house had everything that was needed, and it was possible to live in it for a long time. The location is very convenient, 15 minutes walk to the beaches or 5 minutes by tuk-tuk. Also the host solved all our questions very quickly and always helped. It was a big pleasure to stay in this house and meet the New Year in it:) I highly recommend this place in Hikkaduwa.

Only that the grill was not clean

breakfast not included

too far out....Construction not completed on upper leval

The best thing at this property is private pool. It is really private because instead of hotel pools where you cant use it in the evening or at night you can dive every time you want. Also the whole building and landscape are really well planned. It is a beautiful and comfort place.

There was no water for few hours, but I have to admit that property supervisor bring us a big bottle of water. And at first night we were hardly bitten by mosquitoes. Next night we bought a reppelent.
