Love the location and the grounds are really nice. The interior was clean but needs a full remodel. Extremely dated and worn. It did not have a Keurig, no extra trash bags, no easy cooking spices like salt or pepper. Just a basic rental.

We loved the quiet location of this place. It was clean and spacious! Loved the screened in porch and outside porch. We are a big family and everyone had space. The kitchen is full. The pool is fantastic.
The living room furniture needs updating. One loveseat is wicker. Grab a bag of ice with your groceries because the ice machine doesn’t work.
All in all no regrets and loved the peaceful location and quick drive to the beach. Not a huge tourist area and no intense tourist traffic. We will be back!

From the moment you enter — heavily stained carpet, broken tile that was a HUGE safety issue outside the kids room that was never handled and reported right away. Chair at dining table falling apart, pawpaw almost fell out of it! Kitchen faucet broken. Ice maker doesn’t work from front of fridge, but you can take bin out and empty into a bowl that’s labeled (careful the bin is broken). Toilet overflowed in kids bath — we plunged it ourselves before maintenance could arrive. The tub in en-suite that’s not master wouldn’t work, only the shower would. Washing machine is molded, furniture is dirty and in bad shape, Linens stained and ripped, View one of the worst we’ve had at Baypoint. Vacasa has made this place go downhill in my opinion I can’t imagine the owners are purposely leaving their unit in this condition — it’s a hazard and liability for them. Floor plan great for a family, we adore Baypoint, but it was absolutely disgusting to stay in!

We liked the condo, but the kitchen sink was clogged and the garbage disposal didn’t work. I requested a service call, but no service was provided. Also, the ice maker didn’t work.

Fine for what we needed
Attended a wedding at hotel next to property, so we didn’t spend much time in the unit. It was clean, A/C worked great. Not enough towels and a leaky faucet in the kitchen sink, but otherwise we were comfortable . Master bedroom mattress should be considered for replacement. Furnishings could be updated and unit decluttered - too many knick knacks everywhere!

The location and property was great! The view was amazing and the condo was spacious. However some of the curtains and cushions by the windows had mildew or mold on them and need a deep clean. The shower caddies and some furniture are rusted and could be replaced. The space was also very cluttered with furniture, decor, and knick knacks. The kitchen sick faucet is broken and you have to wiggle it a lot to turn it off if not it will stay on. Overall easy fixes and we would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed at Reflections before but in privately operated units. You can tell the difference!! The unit is very spacious and has a lot of room. That said, everything is very outdated and there’s so much stuff. It’s like walking into an antique store. The beds are so firm it’s like sleeping in the ground. We were here for 6 nights and I don’t think we slept through the night once. The living room furniture is old and stained. The living room itself is so cluttered with knickknacks and decor. The ceiling fans can’t be reached to be adjusted and the one in the master bedroom didn’t even work. The dishwasher didn’t release the cleaning tab. When you open the door after it runs the tab just falls to the bottom of the machine. The patio furniture is rusting so bad it concerned me to even let anyone sit on it. There is a wind chime in the patio that goes constantly. It sounds like someone is sitting there ringing a bell 24/7 and again, it’s too high to reach to take down. We also expected there to be some basic supplies provided. We ended up having to buy paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper. I get having to buy our own food and stuff, but we didn’t think we needed to get the basic supplies too.
All-in-all the location is great. Reflections is a nice resort. It’s gotten busier than years past, but it’s still quiet, the pool is always nice, and we love being away from the main strip. I would highly recommend the resort, but not unit 212 unless it has some serious updates made.

We own a home in Bay Point on the canal with a Pool. It was my husband’s 70th birthday. We rented unit 212 at Reflections for an overflow of adult children. All of our kids came to our home to swim and eat meals. I went into Unit 212 to see what We Paid For and it was sooooo disappointing! Kitchen faucet wouldn’t shut off and another shower had a similar problem. Didn’t bother telling staff because everyone spent the majority of all the time with us at our house and didn’t want strangers in unit without anyone there. Do not rent without having pictures of this unit. It is so junky. Too much furniture and outside furniture is rusting badly. Teenagers on Spring break is great but families beware!

Enjoyed our stay. Conveniently location for us with our son-grandson on base. We enjoyed the hot tub and beach. The condo was great having three bedrooms and three bedrooms. Thanks much.

The pool and hot tub were nice features and it was a very short drive to the beach every day (public access #2 was never crowded). The kitchen was nicely stocked and each of the 3 bedrooms having their own bathroom was nice. The patios were a nice spot to relax and provided a great view. The only reason I didn't give this condo five stars was due to the water heater. It is not large enough to support six people showering at the end of a day at the beach. Even with super short showers and each of us turning the water off intermittently while showering, only 2-3 people could enjoy a warm shower. That was pretty frustrating every day. But other than that, it was a very nice and comfortable place to vacation. The front desk staff was attentive and responsive when we had questions or needed help.
