Helen and Graham run a very fine lodging. They were very gracious, accommodating and helpful hosts. Breakfast was delightful. The location was convenient; a short walk - about 7 minutes -from the center of town and the bust o other locations, most notably convenient to Moreton (train connections) and Bourton on the Water. The home, garden and grounds were beautiful and the room was beautifully appointed, and immaculate. The condition of the property was tip top - I've never remembered staying anywhere in such a well-kept facility. The Limes is a real gem!

We arrived at the limes to a lovely warm welcome our room was lovely and clean and warm we felt very comfortable there beautiful house we were served an absolute gorgeous breakfast nothing to much trouble perfect stay

Windows were dirty, breakfast was ordinary. Reviews made out if this was 4* but far from it.

The Limes hosts were lovely and the breakfast was wonderful as were the grounds. We would definitely recommend the Limes.
