Disney Hotel Cheyenne

The hotel was clean and well looked after, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the service really added to the overall experience. The location was also brilliant for is location as it was only around a 15 minute walk to Disney Village, which made getting to and from the parks really easy and convenient. It was great not having to rely on transport and being able to simply walk back after a long day in the parks. Overall, we were really impressed with the hotel and felt it offered a great combination of cleanliness, friendly service and a fantastic location. We’d definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.

Can’t say too much negative, as overall it was a good experience. Some of the hallways and rooms are starting to feel a little tired, but everything was clean and the fun theme throughout the hotel was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good overall, although it would have been better with a wider selection of fruit. The scrambled eggs were also more like the consistency of porridge, which wasn’t ideal! That said, in the main, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was amazing, it felt like staying in a movie set. Room was clean, staff very friendly & when we kindly asked if we could be moved to the ground floor as we had heavy luggage to haul up stairs, they moved us with no hesitation! Also another perk is you get to meet Woody or Jessie in the hotels lobby & only a less than 10min walk to the parks. Would recommend to stay here.

Not that it was a major issue but just be mindful there are no elevators only stairs. When booking, if its possible, note to the hotel you would prefer a ground level room.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great for getting into eurodisney nice and early. Walkable to theme park so didn’t have to fight the masses for bus shuttle when the park closed.

Clean but basic. Rooms quite small for four people.

Es war geräumig-an der Rezeption waren alle cast member sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die kleine Rätsel Jagd, die an der Rezeption auslag war witzig und eine nette Idee- der komplette Hotel Bereich war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

nur mit der Sauberkeit war ich nicht zu frieden- auf dem Bettlaken rasierte Haare- enorm viele- bin zur Rezeption, um zu frage , ob sie die Bettwäsche tauschen könnten… Haben anscheinend nur mal kurz mit der fusselrolle drüber gerollt- da ich danach weniger Haare darauf befanden, aber es waren noch einige Haare auf dem Bettlaken/bettdecke. Sowie in der Dusche waren auch Haare verteilt. Und einige vom Personal im Restaurant wirkte genervt. Nicht alle aber einige haben heraus gestochen. Auch im angrenzenden Starbucks wurde mir das Geld falsch rausgegebene- ich denke, dass war unbewusst, aber bitte immer nachzählen!
