To be honest, I visited last year with a smaller group and for a shorter stay; the service wasn't great, though I liked the location and the food was tasty. I returned to the same place this year with a larger group and for a longer stay. The service improved from good to excellent, but the food changed for the worse compared to last time. Last year, there was a better selection—closer to Middle Eastern cuisine and more to our taste. Their breakfast is delicious and satisfying enough to keep guests full until they don't even feel like having lunch.

I’ve put together everything I liked and didn’t like about the hotel. If things stay the way they are this year, I’m sure plenty of guests will come. The only thing is, you need to bring back last year’s food—or at least adjust the menu to include more Middle Eastern options. We really loved the za'atar we brought ourselves that you baked for us; you learned from that, but there is a real difference in taste between our za'atar and yours—if you tasted them, you’d notice it. That’s why I’m asking you to switch to a Middle Eastern selection; you’ll see how it draws guests in. Honestly, I forgot to mention the fruit platter that surprised us in our room—it was truly speechless-worthy, simply wonderful. Not only that, but the way issues were handled—like when a key card got stuck and wouldn't open the door—was impressive; someone was sent to help within five minutes. Kudos for the new level of service we received this year and the changes you’ve made. I won't forget Muhammad Jouda, who stood by us throughout the trip—handling every problem, glitch, and request. Truly, thank you for the support. Thanks also to Hamed, the guy on the mobility scooter, who really puts his heart into his work. Thanks to everyone—including Omar, the waiter in the dining room who brings drinks to the tables; he’s a polite, lovely, and kind guy who works wholeheartedly. And thanks to the whole team operating the mobility scooters; they work hard to assist guests and save them from having to walk—though they did this last year too, it wasn't quite like this year... They used to let us walk and ignored us; even though we would ask them to take us to the dining hall, they would refuse. This year, they stop and pick us up without us even asking.

The water park and pools were great, also we could use the waterpark of the other Pickalbatros hotel just across the road, great fun fair for the kids in the evenings, the staff were very nice, especially Mohammed Hassan and Ali Elsayed from the restaurants, our cleaning guy too, Ali from the bar. The room was nice and spacious.

Breakfast was very good, lunch and dinner so-so, but I am a picky eater. The plates and glasses need to be cleaned better. Also in the room there are a few things that need to be repaired (bathroom cabinet, needs a new set of toilet seat as the current one is a bit stained). Small things, but could improve overall quality.

The beds were comfortable, however there is insects fly insects indicates the cleaning is not good , the staff need reminders a lot I stay for 6 nights however he bring to me shower gel at the last day after highlighting much time. There was issues in the room toilet , yes it’s resolved but indicates poor maintenance
