Reception staff specially Mr. Anton the manager who did his best to make us happy, resolving each problem we face, he is always around ever where, food is not that variable but in general you will find something to eat, bar staff are friendly, hotel location is perfect
relaxing atmospher
Service at restuarant you have to ask for everything, as well room service, beach not sandy, no wifi free

Tarek our housekeeper/cleaner (room 324) was amazing.
We were very ill sadly from something we ate (possibly outside the hotel)
Tarek attended to our room every day, sometimes twice a day to ensure everything was clean and that we had everything we needed.
He was amazing.
The staff in the restaurant and bar were also brilliant.
The hotel is excellent value for money, you get more than expected for this price point.
Food was very basic.

"Extrem sauber und alles toll geregelt.
Tolles Essen insgesamt und echt nette Angestellte.
Zur verspäteten Ankunft habe ich noch ein Abendessen auf dem Zimmer verpackt bekommen. Echt nette Geste."
