WARNING: The host increases the price after reservations are confirmed. They have done this to other guests too...see other reviews. We booked and pre-paid for a 4 night non-changeable and non-cancellable stay. Everything was confirmed and we locked in our Avignon visit with train tickets and bookings etc. Then about a month after confirming, they increased the price on us. By that late stage no reasonable alternatives were available. Unfortunately we had little choice but to accept as we needed somewhere to stay. When messaging the hosts to complain, they confirmed that they had also increased the price for multiple other guests, and there is at least one other review on this listing that mentions this behaviour. This is incredibly dishonest behaviour, and I would strongly recommend going for an alternative option. This dodgy business practice should be strongly discouraged. AVOID.

Plus :-) : This place is in perfect location in a quiet street close to everything. We also liked the little patio.

Minus :-(: A word of warning: The owners seem a bit mercurial. Two weeks before arrival, they upped the agreed daily rate by 15 EUR (!) and told us that the sofa was no sofabed (it was okay). They also didn't provide the requested extra duvet/blanket .

The apartment is a less than 10 min walk from Avignon centre train station and 10 mins walk to Avignon centre shops and restaurant. The apartment has a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and drying clothes. It has a veranda which would be nice for the summer. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Fast WiFi.

There were mosquitoes, despite keeping windows and doors closed. There was no sink in the toilet cubicle, have to wash your hands in the shower area. Otherwise this apartment is great value for money.

big place for a solo traveler. lots of amenities. very clean at arrival. clear communication. aircon at each floor.

Lovely place in the heart of beautiful Avignon. Really little France who wants to feel it. Very pleasant hosts. I`d back there again.

One of our favourite air bnbs, I tried to extend our stay but unfortunately it was already booked! Fully equipped with everything we needed, and the cute balcony with seating area was really lovely. A great base to explore the incredible town, such a wonderful introduction to France, so thank you!
