Centre of town, convenience store on ground floor open 24 hrs, 5 min walking to Olle Market, free parking, windows can be opened.

Slow lifts, shower water flows out of bathtub from ledge, shower curtain way too long, soaking in shower water, no hooks to hang clothes or towel in bathroom.

Location is quiet. Room is very big. Bed is comfortable.

Dislike the sliding toilet door. Noisy and will wake up friends if you go toilet at night. Aircon was not activated when we checked in and we have to inform the hotel. Aircon was switched off in the early morning even before we check out from the room.

My room was dirty. The bathroom was not clean, there was dead bug in the bathroom and poop stains, white stains on the bathroom wall and pubic hair on my sheets. There was also good stain on the table which means the room really has not been cleaned. I asked for another room as maybe they forgot to clean it but they refused. I was so disturbed I checked out the next day and spent the day looking for an alternate hotel. When I checked out 3 days earlier than expected the girl at the desk asked why. I told her there was dead bugs and the room was dirty she giggled and said no refund. I don’t think I can book through booking again knowing the hotels that are on the site. I really wasn’t expecting much from the hotel just a clean room as I didn’t expect to spend time in jt but apparently that was too much.

Staff very helpful and recommend great restaurant nearby. Location is amazing. Room is clean & great value for money

location is superb as it’s near a shopping street

there’s no disposable amenities like toothbrush/ toothpaste or shower cap. Bed is also too soft.

The room was spacious and the hotel itself is very near Seogwipo Olle Market. There's also a CU downstairs which is very convenient.

It was odd having the toilet seat in a room by itself while the sink was in the bathroom.

Well furnished, interior design looks good, front desk staff speaks good English, received free upgrade, good value for price paid. Enjoyed my stay.
