From start to finish this was a great stay. The home is more beautiful than pictured, with an amazing quiet backyard and beautiful view. The place was super clean, communication with the owner was easy and the cost was very reasonable for this home. Planning to rent it again next year, highly recommended.

We were in Billings for our 50th high school reunion. This is perfect location. We enjoyed all of the amenities this house offers.

My parents are in their 80's and hate hotels. They are already picking out dates to stay here next trip. Quiet adult neighborhood, quiet neighbors, no road or trafic noise, and super clean. Patio was great to enjoy. Lots of dog walkers but few barking dogs.

We had a good stay here. The refrigerator went out during our stay and the owner did everything she could to get it fixed. Unfortunately, it required 2 repairs, which were done timely. My only comment relates to the neighbors. As you can see from the pictures, this home has a terrific back yard. It is the reason we chose it and we were looking to utilize the seating for 10, BBQ, Fire Pit and huge yard. We planned 2 family BBQ's for our stay. During the first BBQ, the neighbor came by asking for us to keep it down. There were 6 adults talking and 3 kids playing. The neighbors returned to ask for quiet prior to 10 pm so we went inside. Unfortunately for everyone, we had already planned another family BBQ the following night and this time the neighbors came by at 7:30 to ask for quiet. These were family events and the majority of our reason for being there in Billings so it was a disappointment that we couldn't really use the primary feature of the home. While I understand that parties aren't allowed, it may be helpful to define a party. As I said, the home has a massive, beautiful backyard with seating for 10. We were disappointed when we had 10 people at the house for a BBQ at 8:00 at night and it wasn't really allowed.
